My Approach

In my practice as a therapist, I embrace an integrative and eclectic approach, combining various therapeutic modalities to best serve the unique needs of each client. My foundation lies in client-centered therapy, where I prioritize establishing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.


Additionally, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients cultivate mindfulness, acceptance, and values-driven actions in their lives.

Recognizing the profound impact of trauma, I incorporate trauma therapy techniques to support clients in processing and healing from past traumatic experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) informs my work, assisting clients in identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Gestalt techniques are employed to explore unresolved emotions, increase self-awareness, and promote personal growth.


Furthermore, I embrace a holistic approach, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. By considering all aspects of a client's well-being, I aim to facilitate comprehensive healing and growth. Through this eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches, my goal is to empower clients, foster resilience, and guide them towards creating meaningful and fulfilling lives.
